2008 REALTOR Of The Year by the Midwestern Ohio Association of REALTORS (MOAR).
Tim was presented this prestigious award for his outstanding contributions to the
REALTOR Association, the real estate industry and his community.
This was the first time in MOAR history that a member had been selected REALTOR of the
Year twice. Tim was presented this impressive award in 2005 and again in 2008. In 2006 Gleason
received the Broker Of The Year by MOAR. 2004 Gleason received the “Best –Co-Op Award for
the Shelby, Auglaize & Mercer County Chapter of the MOAR. This award is in recognition of courteous
and professional behavior while working with other REALTORS during real estate transactions.
Mr. Gleason has been a REALTOR for twenty years, received his Broker’s license in 1995 and opened
Realty 2000 Group, Inc in 1997. Tim has served and chaired many committees for both the local association and the state association.
Tim is a lifelong resident of Shelby County and resides in Sidney with his wife Amy and three children Grant, Alex and Madison.
